The following artist's files form the collection: Cleo Laine, Gerry Mulligan, Mel Torme, Stan Kenton, Ted Heath, Lionel Hampton, Count Basie, Louis Armstrong, Eric Delaney, Alan Dean, and Billy Eckstine. The material primarily dates from the 1950s and includes correspondence, programmes, public relations material, tour information, flyers, press-cuttings and photographs.
