  • Hawkins thanks Renee for the cufflinks. His reception in Zurich has been marvellous - a great success, people are really enthudsiastic - like Copenhagen.He wishes Renee were there - there's a young girl here that 'looks just like you'. The stationary is of a business owned by a friend of his 'in this business'' and he's at this place every day. He wants to know what Elma has fixed up for him - he's anxious to come over to London and isn't tied down by contracts in any way. He asks if Renee would mind if he uses a typewriter for his letters as his handwriting is getting worse because of all the autographs he has to give.,,
