  • Description
  • Personal letter. The shows are successful. Hawkins asks what Renee thinks of 'Easy Come, Easy Go' and 'The Very Thought of You' - he says he'll have to rely on Renee as he feels 'helpless out here in the country.' Hawkins is happy Renee liked his 'interluding in Spike's record.' It seems as though he can never get into town to attend to 'the promised record date with Stanley'. Hawkins has been invited to join a friend and his wife at 'Le Toquay' [sic] (Le Touquet) at the weekend.,,
Subject notes (people): 'Spike'; 'Stanley'. Subject notes (places): 'Le Toquay' [sic] (Le Touquet). Subject notes (recordings & songs): 'Easy Come, Easy Go'; 'The Very Thought of You'.,
