    Format notes: Both envelope and paper from the Market Hotel, Birmingham. Four sheets, single sided to form four numbered pages. The letter is addressed to Renee and there's a note - 'To Renee' - upside down on the bottom of the reverse of the last page. An inference from this is that the envelope contained letters for each of Renee and Sadie but now only holds the letter to Renee. Postmarked Birmingham. Sent to Sadie and Renee Gertler, 34 The Avenue, Brondesbury N.W. 6, London. Letter signed Coly.
