Guy Miles
For Guy Miles, initial interest in jazz music was sparked by swing music, popular in Fred Astaire films on BBC2, which he watched with his father on Sunday afternoons. Guy played trumpet locally with many jazz bands, as well as performing and busking around Spain, Germany, and Ireland. He views his life journey through a philosophical lens, where everything is ‘information’ of potential negative and positive energy. Jazz for him is a clear positive force, which he continues to rediscover.
